Prosper Partners is led by Firas Mudafar (BPharm, MBA Dist), an experienced business owner, advisor, and pharmacist who has spent over a decade immersed in healthcare and business ownership. Firas brings a unique combination of clinical training, commercial insight, and real-world leadership experience to his advisory work.
Having worked closely with pharmacy owners and other healthcare practice owners, Prosper Partners helps clients make confident, informed decisions around strategy, financial performance, operations, and long-term sustainability.
With over a decade of hands-on experience in business management andownership, Firas brings both insight and empathy to his role as a businessadvisor. Having navigated the pressures and responsibilities of ownershiphimself, he understands the realities faced by healthcare business owners.
Prior to establishing Prosper Partners, Firas served as a Board Director of a pharmaceutical wholesaler, gaining valuable insight into governance, scale, and the contrast between large organisations and owner-led businesses. This perspective allows him to bridge strategic thinking with practical execution.
Firas holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) from the University of Auckland and an MBA (Distinction) from Auckland University of Technology, where he was recognised as MBA Top Scholar (2019) and inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honour Society.
As a husband and father, Firas understands the importance of balancing business performance with personal wellbeing. His advisory approach supports owners not only to build stronger businesses, but todo so in a way that is sustainable, structured, and aligned with their personal priorities.
